Service Rules & Guidelines
Following these rules ensures our crew remains safe and your service stays reliable. Our commitment to the community starts with clear communication and shared responsibility.
Placement
- Cans at the curb by 6:00 AM on scheduled pickup days.
- Place cans at least 3 feet away from cars, mailboxes, and trees.
- Lid must be fully closed to prevent litter and pests.
Pickup Guidelines
Following these rules ensures reliable and safe waste disposal for our entire community. Together, we keep our streets clean.
Preparation
- All trash MUST be bagged and tied before placing in the bin.
- No loose trash allowed; it causes litter during the dump process.
- Break down all cardboard boxes flat.
Limits
- Weight limit: 60 lbs max per individual item or bag.
- Additional bags outside the bin require advance notice and fee.
- Bulk items (furniture, appliances) must be scheduled 24h prior.
What We CANNOT Take
Safety is our top priority. For the protection of our crew and the environment, we are unable to accept the following materials at the curb. Improper disposal of these items can lead to equipment damage or hazardous conditions.
- Hazardous Waste: Chemicals, pesticides, and unknown liquids.
- Tires: Automotive and industrial tires of any size.
- Wet Paint & Batteries: Only dried/solidified latex paint and non-lead acid batteries are permitted.
- Construction Debris: Concrete, brick, rock, dirt, and heavy lumber.
- Medical Waste: Needles (sharps) and biohazardous materials.
